He’s giving up Lillard just to buy-low on JJJ. It’s a marginal gain at best for you. A bit too much for Lillard in my opinion

Siakim has a healthier rank right now but I can't imagine him shooting .630% the entire year, where a lot of his value is tied. Plus I get a waay better playoff schedule from Hield. What do you think? Am i Giving up too much?

It’s a decent deal for the endgame. Just make sure the move does not mess with your team’s mojo too much that it affects your win rate
Neither deal is that appealing. T I’d wait for something better or just work the wire

Hi Erik, I'm a first year player unsure/unconfident evaluating and sending out trades. 12 team 9 cat standard, and I'm in 1st place by 3 wins. The guys I want to move are Lou Will, THJ, Rudy Gay, Gallo, WCS and Kanter, and the guys that I would move for a star include Lowry, Kemba, J Richardson, Barton (IR) and Bledsoe. KD rounds out my roster.
I want to get better at REBs and Blocks and I'm open to punting FG% to do it or giving up PTS/guard stats for more balance. The 9th place team has Ayton, Nurkic, Bagley, Jokic, Ben Simmons, and Boogie Cousins, and I want to capitalize on their record to improve my own.
I apologize for it being a lot to ask and think about, but any off the cuff recommendations? Is it a mistake to break up my core to hunt for Jokic/Simmons, or should I make a smaller move for Ayton/Bagley/Nurk? Thanks!
This deal is better than the first. I think it's ok considering we're talking an upgrade to Holiday with Lillard and Siakam is at least currently overperforming to the point of JJJ's rookie top-end. It's fine.

Wanting to improve our team is a good way to go, it's a winning mentality. Targetting Jokic is fine but I'm not sure if he will bite given the players you are willing to part with.
A smaller deal is the right approach at this point. I like Bagley because he will address what you want and is currently injured, so he shouldn't cost too much. Rudy Gay for Bagley should be an easy enough sell. Or if you want Ayton, we can offer Lou Will and THJ for him, which already more than generous.
