We have 40 of the top fantasy wideouts, post-TNF, ranked ahead of this week’s fantasy playoff matchups, so check out the list to see if you have the right guys in your starting lineups with everything on the line.
Check back every week as we rank the WRs ahead of their potential matchups. The position is as deep as ever, and you will want to know who start and who to bench based on matchup’s, projections and sometimes just gut feel.
PLAYER NAME TEAM OPP Blrub 1 Ja'Marr Chase Cincinnati Bengals vs. Denver Broncos Over the last month of the season, Chase leads WRs in receiving yards. In that span, he's the WR3 in FPPG at somewhere just north of 22 FPPG. He is an elite, matchup-proof wideout, that should even have a chance to succeed in the face of Patrick Surtain II's coverage. 2 Puka Nacua Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals Nacua is the aWR6 overall in FPPG over the last four weeks of the season. He's been the unquestioned top target in the Rams' already-concentrated passing attack, and has stayed afloat in games that Cooper Kupp has been virtually erased from the stat sheet. 3 Amon-Ra St. Brown Detroit Lions @ San Francisco 49ers The Sun God is averaging 16 FPPG in his last four performances, good for the WR11 in that stretch. He has touchdowns in back-to-back games after being blanked in the three games following an eight-game TD streak earlier this season. The Lions should be throwing more often without Montgomery, and are projected for the fourth-most points on the slate. 4 Justin Jefferson Minnesota Vikings vs. Green Bay Packers After a very long stretch at the start of the season for JJ that was only "solid" for his standards, Jefferson has started to turn in some great peak performances down the stretch, He's the WR2 in FPPG in the last month of games. 5 A.J. Brown Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys The Cowboys just lost Trevon Diggs, but the headline here is that Brown will likely be catching passes from Kenny Pickett instead of Jalen Hurts. Despite Hurts exiting early last week, Brown still managed a WR8 overall finish, and should be able to a ton of damage after the catch as long as Pickett can get it to him. 6 Mike Evans Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers Evans essentially had a floor performance last week, but at least his floor is well above zero, as he's managed at least 68 receiving yards in every game since returning from injury. These teams squared off in his second game back from injury, which resulted in a WR4 overall finish for Evans that week. Tampa Bay has the highest implied team total on the week. 7 Brian Thomas Jr. Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Tennessee Titans Rookie Brian Thomas Jr. has been something of a league-winner as the fantasy football season has drawn to a close, and he's up to the WR5 in FPPG over the last month of the 2024 season, as the last of five wideouts averaging at least 20 PPG in that span. Despite being a tough WR matchup most of the season, the Titans are seeing injuries pile up on the defensive side of the ball. 8 Terry McLaurin Washington Commanders vs. Atlanta Falcons McLaurin has finished as the WR20 overall or better in 11-of-13 outings, and finished as the WR18 last week in a tough game against Philly. Now he gets arguably the best fantasy WR matchup at this stage of the season with fantasy football championships hanging in the balance. He's the WR4 in FPPG over the last four weeks. 9 Tee Higgins Cincinnati Bengals vs. Denver Broncos With Ja'Marr Chase likely seeing a majority of the coverage from Patrick Surtain II in this one, Higgins could wind up the most-targeted Bengal on the day. The Bengals have the fifth-highest implied point total this week, and he's finished as the WR16 or better in 6-of-8 contests, as one of the more consistent fantasy WRs, when healthy. 10 Davante Adams New York Jets @ Buffalo Bills Tough matchup for the Jets, but Davante has looked spry for a good bit of action now, He's the WR1 in FPPG over the last month of the season, and has seen at least 11 targets, 66 yards and a touchdown in each game in that stretch. He may be too hot to stop at this point, and could turn in another impactful fantasy playoff performance. 11 Ladd McConkey Los Angeles Chargers @ New England Patriots With Gus Edwards ruled out for Week 17, and J.K. Dobbins still limited in pracitce ahead of his potential return from IR, the team may be forced to use a pass-heavy playbook against the Patriots. Ladd has been the favorite target of Justin Herbert by a wide margin, and should see a heavy dose of opportunities iin the slot. 12 Courtland Sutton Denver Broncos @ Cincinnati Bengals Sutton has cooled down a bit in recent weeks, failing to finish higher than the WR25 in each of three performances over the last month of the season. Potential bounce back spot against a bad Bengals defense this week, though. Bo Nix has had shaky play in recent weeks, too, which could be hindering his fantsay potential. 13 Jauan Jennings San Francisco 49ers vs. Detroit Lions It's unfortunate that Jennings wasn't as involved last week against the Dolphins, but he gets a much more favorable matchup against the Lions and their depleted defense. The Lions have been a great matchup for WRs all year long, and Jennings has a chance to reclaim his elite upside he'sm captured at times this season. 14 Drake London Atlanta Falcons @ Washington Commanders London has been the WR27 in FPPG over the last month of the season, and had a modest outing in rookie QB Michael Penix Jr.'s debut in place of the deteriorating Kirk Cousins. London should be able to do work against the Commanders, even if drawing coverage from Marshon Lattimore in his third game back from injury. 15 Malik Nabers New York Giants vs. Indianapolis Colts Nabers labeled himself as a game-time decision for this week, which indicated he may be limited even if he gives it a go against Indy in the penultimate game of his impressive rookie campaign. He's the WR22 in FPPG over the last four weeks of the season, and she similar value as a great PPR play against the Colts this week. 16 Garrett Wilson New York Jets @ Buffalo Bills Wilson is the WR26 in FPPG over the last month of the season, as he's taken a clear backseat to veteran Davante Adams. WIlson has a pair of WR2 finishes and a pair of finishes outside the top-45, making him more of a boom-or-bust WR, though one of the most talented pass-catchers with that profile. 17 Tyreek Hill Miami Dolphins @ Cleveland Browns Hill has been the WR18 in FPPG over the last four weeks, as he continues to miss valuable practice time and face limitations due to a wrist injury. Still, he has a touchdown in 3-of-4 outings, though his fantasy trajectory should be slightly adjusted downward from the Tyreek Hill we've come to know. He may also see tough coverage from Denzel Ward in this one. 18 Cooper Kupp Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals Kupp has been arguably the most disappointing WR over the last month of the season, averaing just over 6 FPPG as the WR65 in that stretch. He's completely ceded the WR1 role to Puka Nacua, and is officially a boom-or-bust WR at this stage of the season. The Rams are tied for the third-highest implied team total on the week. 19 Jakobi Meyers Las Vegas Raiders @ New Orleans Saints Meyers took a backseat to Brock Bowers last week, and there wasn't enough downfield volume for both to hit home. Meyers has a chance to bounce back against a depleted Saints secondary, one that allows the seventh-most FPPG in 2024. 20 Jordan Addison Minnesota Vikings vs. Green Bay Packers Addison has been performing at heights above what Justin Jefferson has been able to reach this season, and he's the WR10 in FPPG over the last month of the season. He's more of a fringe-WR2 with actual WR1 overall upside if he gets a couple of deep shots to connect. 21 Adam Thielen Carolina Panthers @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers Adam Thielen has been rock solid when healthy this season, especially with how well Bryce Young has playerd since Thielen returned to the lineup. He's been the WR19 in FPPG over the last four weeks, and gets a great matchup against the Bucs in Week 17. 22 Calvin Ridley Tennessee Titans @ Jacksonville Jaguars Ridley is a permanent boom-or-bust guy in Tennessee this season, but at least his bust weeks are a bit above the zeros we got early in the season. QB play is inconsistent, but Jaguars have been among the worst passing defenses in the NFL for much of this. 23 Deebo Samuel San Francisco 49ers vs. Detroit Lions Of course, Deebo rises from the ashes to make me eat my words on him last week. He looked a lot better in Week 16 than he has at all since returning from a battle with pneumonia earlier this season. This game has the highest point total on the week, and Deebo could easily build on his WR5 overall finish last week. 24 Khalil Shakir Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets Shakir has been the most consistent pass-catcher for the Bills basically all season long, and he's the WR33 in FPPG over the last month of the season. He's been able to find the end zone a couple of times in recent weeks, though his typical lack of involvement in the red zone makes him less likely to reach a ceiling performance. Tough matchup with the Jets on tap. 25 Jameson Williams Detroit Lions @ San Francisco 49ers Jameson Williams erupted for his best weekly finish of the season as the WR4 overall in Week 16. As the team lost David Montgomery, the team opted not to feature another back in the offense behind Gibbs, and instead feed him all of the ground work while dropping back to pass a bit more. This game has the highest implied point total on the week. 26 Romeo Doubs Green Bay Packers @ Minnesota Vikings Doubs hasn't seen a ton of volume in his two games since returning from injury, but he remains the preferred downfield target for Green Bay, especially if Christian Watson is sidelined this week. The Vikings allow the most fantasy points to WRs this season. 27 Darnell Mooney Atlanta Falcons @ Washington Commanders Excluding a goose egg in Kirk Cousins's final start with the Falcons, Mooney has at least 82 receiving yards in 5-of-7 performances. Mooney is the WR54 over the last four weeks of the season, but showed a decent connection with Penix in his first NFL start. Could end up with Lattimore's coverage while London is in the slot. 28 Devonta Smith Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys Had a decent day last week considering backup QB Kenny Pickett took over for Jalen Hurts early on, and Smith wound up catching 6-of-8 for 51 yards, finishing as the WR48. He's a better PPR flex play this week, but Pickett starting definitely hurts his upside and lowers his floor. 29 Jaylen Waddle Miami Dolphins @ Cleveland Browns Waddle apparently looks good in practice, accoring to QB Tua Tagovailoa, and the Dolphins get a great matchup for fantasy WRs this week, as the Browns allow the second-most fantasy points to wide outs on the season. If Hill can't practice all week again, Waddle could wind up the WR1 in the offense this week. 30 Jayden Reed Green Bay Packers @ Minnesota Vikings Reed is more of a TD or bust wide receiver at this point, but if Christian Watson is ruled out, he could see a decent increase on opportunities against a Vikings defense that gives up the most FPPG to wide receivers on the season. Vikings allow a ton of short passes near the line of scrimmage, which favors Reed's game. 31 Josh Downs Indianapolis Colts @ New York Giants Downs looks the part as a fantastic NFL wideout, whose fantasy profile suffers from inconsistent QB play. Downs is the WR42 in FPPG over the last month of the season, and wound up the WR21 overall last week. Anthony Richardson's status for this week is somewhat in question, and a starting nod for Joe Flacco could see Downs soar up rankings. 32 Jalen McMillan Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers McMillan has been automatic for a couple weeks now, scoring four touchdowns in three weeks. He's the WR21 in FPPG over the last month of the season. McMillan should have a chance to get home once again against the Panthers, who allow the 12th-fewest FPPG to opposing WRs this season. 33 Marvin Harrison Jr. Arizona Cardinals @ Los Angeles Rams MHJ has gone cold, disappointing for three-straight weeks, finishing outside the top-44 WRs in each performance. There is the chance that the team could be without some key members of their running game, which could turn into more passing volume for the rookie wideout to soak up against the Rams. 34 Jerry Jeudy Cleveland Browns vs. Miami Dolphins Jeudy is a complete shell of the fantasy asset we've come know, seeing just two targets last week in DTR's start under center. Somehow, Jeudy is still the WR8 in FPPG over the last month of the season, but finished as the WR86 in Week 16. He'll likely find himself lined up opposite of Jalen Ramsey at times i this one, as well. 35 Wan'Dale Robinson New York Giants vs. Indianapolis Colts Robinson has seen some great target numbers at times this season, and is averaging roughly 11 targets per game over his last three outings. Definitely more of a PPR play, as there is virtually zero touchdown upside in this offense. 36 Michael Pittman Jr. Indianapolis Colts @ New York Giants MPJ is the WR73 in FPPG over the last month of the season, but has seen steady involvement and could have a chance to get in the end zone against a banged up Giants defense. Anthony Richardson is reportedly playing through back and foot injuries in this one, which could impact his ability to get the ball to his receivers. 37 Christian Watson Green Bay Packers @ Minnesota Vikings Watson is still yet to participate in practice as of Thursday, which is a shame because this feels like a matchup that he could erupt against. The Vikings allow the single most FPPG to opposing wideouts on the season. Watson's big play upside makes him a fine boom-or-bust start as a flex or WR3, assuming he is active. 38 Quentin Johnston Los Angeles Chargers @ New England Patriots Johnston has been a touchdown machine for much of the season, totaling eight on the season. He's got a pretty low floor, but you can do worse than Johnston in a matchup where the Chargers could be throwing a lot against a bad team. 39 Demario Douglas New England Patriots vs. Los Angeles Chargers Kayshon Boutte popped for a big week last week, and has been on the field a ton for weeks now, but Pop Douglas remains the most likely Patriots WR to get home with a touchdown, as he's seen a red zone target in each of his last three games, and four altogether in that stretch. 40 Nick Westbrook-Ikhine Tennessee Titans @ Jacksonville Jaguars NWI secured another touchdown last week, and is a coin flip for a touchdown, but likely shouldn't be in many starting lineups with the Championships on the line this week. He has nine scores on the season, but he's like an end of the line TD prayer against a bad Jags defense. Click here to join us on Discord! And Follow us on Twitter by clicking here
