There's no easy answer to that. It's relative from league to league. For example, in my 18-team H2H (No IL), I offered Love for Patty Mills and got rejected. Like wow, right? It also depends on how resilient the rest of your team is. That is what should determine the value range of your target.

Im in a 30 team dynasty league over on Fantrax and ive been offered a first rounder for four years (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022) and Zack Collins for Jimmy Butler, im semi contending right now and Butler is my best player, but I feel like getting crazy, this would set me up well into my 40's!

I would keep him but if you really want to shake things up, the minimum I would ask for is Booker + Jokic and maybe Turner for AD and your throwaways.
