I'm relatively willing to trade almost any of my top guys to gain a bit and/or drop to pick up a FA (Dedmon, Baze, Portis, Holiday (MEM), Bryant, Bagley, Smart, Richaun, Mitch Rob, SloMo). I think Randle is a bit of a stretch right, especially considering there's a risk of AD missing some extra time. If you want him, you may have to offer more than Redick and even then the owner might not want to part with JR.

If you can weather the AD storm, then yes, it's a good investment. Study the market carefully re: Favors. I do like the Jazz's playoff sched, so be sure you get some value for that.

Would you accept a future first and trade away Jeremy lamb? I worry that he will only ever be this or top 100, make the trade and plan for getting two good rooks?
I'm sorry. Despite his per-game upside, I'd rather not trust Paul with my team's playoffs, so it's not something I'd recommend to other people either. Play it safe(r) and go with healthy guys.
