Wesley Matthews scored 20 points on 6-of-13 from the field, 3-of-7 3-pointers, five rebounds, four assists, one steal and four turnovers against the Spurs.

Matthews is finally clicking after shooting less than 30% from the field to start off the season, which prompted many to lose hope and drop him. If he can keep those arrows flying and increase his field goal percentage to over 40%, he has mid round upside contributing elite 3-pointers and some steals with low turnovers. He’s a staple in the Mavs offense and has a pretty long leash even in a crowded backcourt/Justin Anderson looming on the bench.
