• Kyle Lowry shot 7-for-9 from the field (6-for-6 from 3PT) and 4-for-5 from the free throw line for 24 points with four rebounds, eight assists, one steal and six 3-pointers in 32 minutes on Monday.

Lowry was white hot tonight and did most of his damage from beyond the arc. He has continued where he left off last season and consistently posts top-30 numbers. He is an elite second-tier point guard in all formats.

Meanwhile, DeMar DeRozan wasn’t as hot against the Sixers but it didn’t matter in the blowout. DeRozan shot 4-for-13 from the field and 6-for-6 from the line for 14 points with five boards, five assists, one steal and one block in 31 minutes. It was just an off shooting night for DeRozan. He is posting third round value and should continue to do so all season barring injury.
