Joel Embiid played a huge part in the Sixers’ first win of the season, finishing with 25 points on 6-of-18 shooting, seven rebounds, two assists, one block and one 3-pointer while also going 12-of-14 from the free throw line.

His final two free throws in overtime were the two that sealed the deal for the 109-105 win over the Pacers. Embiid will not play on Saturday against the Hawks, but he will return on Monday to face the Rockets.
