Markell Fultz confirmed on Monday that his goal is to play in Saturday's preseason opener.

It's year three of wondering what on earth we'll see out of Fultz. There may not be a player with as wide a range of likely outcomes as Fultz. The 2017 No. 1 overall pick could become a great young point guard with good defensive stats to go with an amazing offensive game as he showed in college. Or, he may only ever play a handful of games before he's out of the league. Let's hope for the best and go ahead and gamble on him late if you're feeling lucky.
