Lonzo is better than Ingram, short and long-term. I would take it as is. You can reach out, not via counter-proposal but by messaging if he would take Gay (which I doubt but is worth a shot). If he does not want to take Gay, then take Lonzo anyway.
I think it's too soon to panic on KAT. I'd HOLD for now. Let's ride out the storm for a bit.
Lillard-Beal for KAT-Wall is good. I like the Wizards' sched and you get one back as a rebate. However, if Wall's knees are a concern, Mitchell should be decent as well.
Your concerns about both players are valid. Gasol is no spring chicken, while Doncic is not used to a schedule this grueling. That said, Gasol has some extra market value being the established name and C-eligible. I would swing for a 2:2 where you gain value on the kicker end of things.
