Tuesday was an NBA Cup night, which meant a very small slate. The early window didn’t have a lot to sort through but there are still adds worth considering, so let’s get to it.
Standard Leagues
(<50% rostered on Yahoo)
Malcolm Brogdon, PG/SG, WAS (30% rostered)
Tonight: 23 minutes, 15 points (5-of-8 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), six boards, four assists
Analysis: The Wizards seem committed to starting Brogdon at PG these days. It’s how we imagined they would roll out the crew before the season, but when Brogdon missed the start of the season and Bub Carrington was playing well it seemed like the ship had sailed. Apparently not, and while Brogdon is just a low-end option whose playing time could fluctuate wildly, he is worth considering in 12-team formats while the starting gig is his.
