I was going to update this at the end of May, but I wanted an extra month of data before making any big decisions on the list…and I am glad I waited. We have a new #1 overall prospects, #1 hitter, #1 pitcher and over 20 new additions to the Top 100 after 19 players graduated from our pre-season edition.

The players that have made their MLB debut so far this season, thus graduating from my list: Kevin McGonigle, Konnor Griffin, JJ Wetherholt, Carson Benge, Travis Bazzana, Andrew Painter, Noah Schultz, Connor Prielipp, Elmer Rodriguez, Justin Crawford, Trey Gibson, JR Ritchie, Thomas White, Colt Emerson, Robby Snelling, Gage Jump, Joe Mack, AJ Ewing and Tommy Troy.

That’s nearly one-fifth of the Top 100 debuted and graduated, with more still to come.

The newly updated Top 100 has more than 19 newcomers, though, as we replaced the graduates and those fringy types who were unable to maintain the kind of production we want out of our top guys.
