Top Pickups
This is the “general must-add” section regardless of the slate. If these players are being overlooked and remain chilling on the waiver wire, consider adding them to your squad.
Danny Wolf (8%)
Wolf finally had a “pop” game with 15 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and one triple in a 26-minute start on Saturday. That was actually his lowest minutes in four games and with Day’Ron Sharpe (left thumb UCL tear) done for the season, Wolf has two avenues to minutes as either a forward or a center. Michael Porter Jr. (right ankle sprain) was for a second consecutive game and for the third time in four contests, while Nic Claxton (rest) got the day off as well.
I don’t think Wolf is must-roster as the defensive stats may be inconsistent and the FG% might be bad. If you need upside for rebounds, threes and decent points however, he could work for “some managers.”
Justin Edwards (12%)
Edwards had 19 points on 9-of-13 FG and 1-of-2 FT with four rebounds, two assists, three steals and two blocks in 31 minutes on Saturday, following up Thursday’s game of 12 points on 5-of-11 FG and 2-of-4 FT nine rebounds, five assists and four steals in 29 minutes. Edwards might have a run of starter-level minutes and I think you can expect rebounds, steals and then “hope” he can hit his 3-pointers. If Edwards was hitting triples consistently, he’d be a more consistent rotation player, but alas, he is being forced to play now and has flashed some blocks as well.
If you need rebounds and steals, I think Edwards is a solid flier, but he isn’t must-roster.
Tristan da Silva (26%)
On Saturday, da Silva recorded 11 points, eight rebounds, two assists, one 3-pointer and three steals in 31 minutes. Our resident Dynasty Expert Mark C can tell you that I have always loved da Silva since he was a prospect coming out of the draft. He just does all of the good role player things very well. Anyway, for fantasy, his on-court impact may not always translate to the box score, but he has at least six rebounds in four of his last five games with totals of nine 3-pointers, 10 steals and three blocks in that five-game span.
Da Silva will likely have a decent run as a starter and can be a flier for threes, rebounds and steals. I also don’t think he is must-roster, but he is a solid enough specialist.
Honorable Mentions
Consider this space a blend of “double-check to see if this guy isn’t available” and other noteworthy, but not quite top picks, including some names for deep leagues.

Neemias Queta (40%)
Jaime Jaquez Jr. (41%)

Bucks, Sixers, Kings
Bucks: Giannis Antetokounmpo (left ankle sprain) and Ousmane Dieng (illness) were both questionable before being ruled out on Saturday. Since this wasn’t a case of injury management for Antetokounmpo, it is unclear if he will play on Sunday, but the fact that he was questionable should hopefully be a positive indicator.
Kevin Porter Jr. (right knee synovitis) was questionable and played 30 minutes on Saturday. Considering the knee issue just cost him four games (synovitis causes swelling and fluid in the knee), I think there is a strong chance that Porter sits out on Sunday.
Sixers: Andre Drummond (back spasms) and Jabari Walker (illness) were both out on Saturday, aside from the long list of longer-term injuries in Philadelphia.
Adem Bona (back soreness) returned from a one-game absence and played 33 minutes on Saturday, so he may or may not be a risk for sitting out.Kings: Malik Monk (right ankle soreness) was a full participant in Friday’s practice but was unable to overcome a questionable tag on Saturday for his second consecutive absence. He might be in contention for a return on Sunday.
Devin Carter (right calf soreness) did not practice on Friday and was out on Saturday. I expect him to remain sidelined. Drew Eubanks (left thumb soreness) was out on Saturday, but generally shouldn’t matter too much.
Since Dylan Cardwell (left ankle sprain) returned from an 11-game absence he may or may not be managed (it isn’t a guarantee for a youngster like himself) and Russell Westbrook (right quad contusion) also returned from a one-game absence on Saturday, so he might get a night off for Sunday’s tank-off with the Jazz.
Teams on First Night of a Back-to-Back
Mavs, Blazers, Warriors
The Mavs look likely to hold out Daniel Gafford and Klay Thompson, while PJ Washington is questionable and Caleb Martin is probable. Gafford and Thompson should play on Monday. Moussa Cisse was also listed as doubtful for a G League callup, so Dwight Powell should be Marvin Bagley III’s backup on Sunday.
Robert Williams III is questionable for the front leg of the back-to-back.
The Warriors will be without Kristaps Porzingis, Draymond Green and De’Anthony Melton for management purposes.
Al Horford picked up a right soleus (calf) strain and Seth Curry picked up a left adductor strain during Friday’s game and they are out on Sunday, but could be out longer.
Moses Moody is still out with a right wrist sprain as expected and Stephen Curry (right patellofemoral pain syndrome) is due for an evaluation next weekend.
Top Stories to Watch
Joel Embiid (right oblique strain) may or may not return on the upcoming three-game road trip (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday), according to Sixers head coach Nick Nurse:
Nick Nurse says Joel Embiid got back on the court yesterday and had an individual workout. Doesnโt โwant to anticipate anythingโ regarding a return timeline, but says Embiid returning during the upcoming road trip is a possibility.
โ Adam Aaronson (@SixersAdam) March 14, 2026
Anthony Edwards (questionable) is expected to play on Sunday (forgive Mr. Krawczynski’s typo):
Any questionable again. He told @sam_amick last night that he was fine. We will see but Iโd expect him to go https://t.co/1orjuTSgBt
โ Jon Krawczynski (@JonKrawczynski) March 14, 2026
Isaiah Hartenstein (questionable) is not must-roster: I would not say he is a must-drop either and if you did hold him this long, you may as well “see how it goes” if he returns from a three-game absence for a left calf contusion on Sunday in the first game of the day. His minutes have been capped around 25 due to the calf strains earlier in the season and the Thunder only have three games next week — including a back-to-back — which equates to a two-game week of “hopefully” 50 minutes of Hartenstein. If you stream that spot, you can likely add value from four or six games of various players instead in upwards of 100 minutes of production.
Sam Merrill (left hamstring tightness) being out again should mean another Keon Ellis start & Max Strus is probable to make his season debut:
Ellis should have real 12-team appeal for threes, steals, blocks and double-digit scoring. Strus is not someone I am willing to trust for fantasy after he missed the first 67 games, but deep-league managers can keep him on a watch-list.Ivica Zubac played 29 minutes on Friday:
I found this surprising, but he is questionable for Sunday along with half of the roster, so Jay Huff may not be done just yet.The Warriors’ rotation looks thin on Sunday:
Brandin Podziemski, Gui Santos, Gary Payton II, Will Richard, Pat Spencer, Nate Williams, LJ Cryer and Malevy Leons are the likely available players.ย Quinten Post is questionableย and there was an agreement for Omer Yurtseven to join on a 10-day contract, so we will see if he is immediately available. Podz and Santos are already must-roster, Post would be a strong streamer if he plays, while Payton, Richard and Spencer may also have paths to value. The other guys are deep-league lottery tickets.Jazz without Ace Bailey (concussion), Kyle Filipowski (rest) & John Konchar (left calf injury management) vs. the Kings on Sunday:
Things could get a little silly here. Elijah Harkless started the second half on Friday after Bailey left with concussion-like symptoms, but I would project Harkless as a deep-league specialist for defensive stats. Oscar Tshiebwe is a big rebounds specialist and you can hope for defensive stats. Tshiebwe or Kevin Love should start at center, but it might be Tshiebwe. Cody Williams has been looking good lately and might find himself in the standard streaming section.Dylan Cardwell (left ankle sprain) returned from an 11-game absence on Saturday vs. the Clippers:
