• With the NBA trade deadline shaking up the landscape and some major All-Star moves made, pickups—whether for weekly streaming or post-deadline value—are more crucial than ever. We’re here to help you navigate the most important names to target each night. With 11 games on the slate tonight, let’s dive right into it!

    Standard Leagues

    (<50% rostered on Yahoo)

Isaiah Collier, PG, UTA (24% rostered)

Tonight: 34 minutes, 20 points (9-of-18 FG, 2-of-2 FT), six boards, 11 assists, one steal.

Analysis: Collier continues to impress, and his development has really come a long way since becoming a regular member of the starting five. Operating as the starting point guard, he’s consistently threatening a double-double with points and assists. His efficiency and lack of triples remain the main flaws in his game, but strong assist numbers like his are hard to come by. With Utah likely prioritizing his development for the remainder of the season, make sure he’s not sitting on any waiver wires.

Moussa Diabate, C, CHA (11% rostered)

Tonight: 23 minutes, 10 points (2-of-2 FG, 6-of-8 FT), 13 rebounds, two assists

Diabate does one thing very well, rebound. Mark Williams was present in this game and Diabate outplayed him, but Williams has just been traded to the Lakers, meaning Diabate should either be the starting center, or get big minutes off the bench as we have seen during the times Williams has sat back-to-backs. Taj Gibson has started those games, but played minimal minutes as Diabate was the actual standard-league beneficiary.

Don’t expect big scoring. Expect a ton of rebounds and some defensive stats. He is worth an add in standard formats if you need that.

Matas Buzelis, SF, PF, CHI (22% rostered)

Tonight: 29 minutes, 14 points (4-of-10 FG, 6-of-9 FT), five boards, one assist, two steals, three blocks.

Analysis: Buzelis is going to be a good player, both for the Bulls and fantasy managers. Although he cooled off significantly from his perfect shooting night, he still provided plenty of value. The free throw shooting is a bit concerning, but he should improve over time as he gets past the rookie growing pains, especially now that he’s likely to become a full-time starter. With trades paving the way for more minutes, make sure he’s not sitting on your waiver wire.
