“Rain threat for mid-week games then colder by the weekend”

I advertised a messy week last week and that’s what happened. We had 5 rainouts – and a long rain delay (in Los Angeles, of all places!).

It won’t be quite as wet this week but a storm moving through the Midwest and Great Lakes could jeopardize a few midweek games, especially in Chicago and Detroit. Also, much cooler air will sweep across most of the U.S. late this week, causing chilly – and less than ideal – hitting conditions in almost all games by the weekend.
