Missing key members:ย Clint Capela (personal) and Caris LeVert (knee) will miss Tuesday clash against the Hornets, while Trae Young (Achilles) remains probable with his usual participance in the injury report. Zaccharie Risacher, Terance Mann and Georges Niang are prime-time targets in such a key matchup for fantasy managers, they should all see high minute counts and have plenty of usage as Atlanta’s rotation is very bare bones at the moment.
Names like Mouhamed Gueye, Vit Krejci and Dominick Barlow are other options, but they fall a tier below the previously mentioned group, as their production is not as guaranteed and their minutes are on the low end. These names could be useful in the deepest of leagues.
Miles Bridges is finally resting: Yeah, at the worst time possible, the Hornets decide to rest someone who didn’t need the rest at all. Bridges still has three games in the current week, which avoids making him a drop candidate just yet unless you’re desperate for the production on daily basis. He has been flying in the past few weeks too. LaMelo Ball (ankle) is listed as probable and should play unless a last-minute update happens before game time.
Sadly, there’s not a real candidate to recommend as a stream as Charlotte’s roster straight up sucks, and only Nick Smith Jr and Moussa Diabate deserve any attention, with an asterisk as their productions is volatile at best. Names like Seth Curry, Josh Green, Wendell Moore Jr. and DaQuan Jeffries can only be considered as deep-league targets, inconsistency is their bread and butter, so be warned.
Stream of the Game
Zaccharie Risacher should be the main guy on the wings with Caris LeVert out of Tuesday contest. In this matchup, I heavily trust whatever Atlanta has to offer against what the Hornets can provide.
Alternatives:ย Georges Niang, Terance Mann (points, 3s), Vit Krejci (points, 3s, assists), Moussa Diabate (points, rebounds, blocks), Nick Smith Jr. (points, 3s, assists).
