Fantasy Basketball Draft Guide 2026: Assist-to-Turnover Standouts

By Pedro Oliveira Published October 11, 2026 2 min read

Assists continue to be one of the hardest stats to come by in fantasy basketball for the 2026-27 season, and their price has only gone up as scarcity has widened across the league. Harder yet is finding players who rack up dimes without killing your turnovers week-by-week.

Just like last year, we’ve put together a group of players who stand out in both assists and turnovers, grouped by their current ADP. They’re split into round ranges (adapted to a 12-team league) that tend to matter most when building your squad, and each one comes with our SportsEthos projection for the 2026-2027 season.

Whether you’re trying to play it safe early or take as many swings as possible in the final rounds, we’ve got something for you. Some of these players might even be sitting on the waiver wire once everything is said and done.

Before we dive into this year’s targets, let’s look back at how last year’s list held up. Some of our late-round picks turned into real values, a few veterans fell off hard, and others landed somewhere in between.

How did our targets perform in the 2025-2026 season?
