We’re entering the last phase of the whole NBA regular season, and for those warriors who are still on the hunt for the title, we continue to bring you the best insights in the industry for another Friday-night NBA extravaganza of nine games. Don’t waste any more time – let’s get into it.
Top Pickups
This is the “general must-add” section regardless of the slate. If these players are being overlooked and remain chilling on the waiver wire, consider adding them to your squad.
Gary Payton II (12%)
The Warriors veteran and defensive specialist has been enjoying a boost to his fantasy game ever since Stephen Curry has been away due to his knee injury, and Thursday’s performance was no different after posting eight points, 12 rebounds, two steals, two assists and one block in 27 minutes of play during the loss against the Cavaliers. While Curry is scheduled to return to the court on Sunday, I don’t think Payton is going to stop being a productive players due to how thin the rotation for Golden State has become due to injuries. While his scoring might go down, he should be a great source of rebounds and defensive stats at the very least.
Ryan Kalkbrenner (11%)
