    Key Storylines

Who do we go with?: With Cam Thomas and Trendon Watford missing the first set of the back-to-back against the Lakers on Monday, they should be set to return to the court on Tuesday night, Brooklyn was set to have a complete rotation in a minute. D’Angelo Russell was ruled out (ankle) minutes ago, leaving the Nets with an open spot on their starting lineup. Keon Johnson and Ziarie Williams have stayed as the most reliable streamers in Brooklyn due to their position being needed in the starting lineup of the team, I expect to be the case on Tuesday.

There’s a possibility that Noah Clowney (ankle) doesn’t play vs. the Cavaliers, as he’s coming back from a long injury, and Brooklyn has treated their injury players with a rests on back-to-back sets. Brooklyn has not ruled out Clowney yet, but if he doesn’t play, Watford, Tyrese Martin and Jalen Wilson could see increased roles.

A rest day for Cleveland: Cleveland arrived to this matchup with no injuries apparently, but since they realized they’re playing the Nets, some of their core members could get a breather on Tuesday night. Ty Jerome will be rested, with Donovan Mitchell (groin) and De’Andre Hunter (illness) tagged as questionable. Max Strus is the biggest name to benefit from these potential absences, meanwhile Jerome’s absence doesn’t really leave someone clear as a winner, as Sam Merrill and Jaylon Tyson don’t really get enough minutes to make a difference.

    Stream of the Game

Ziaire Williams and Max Strus have steady roles and enough usage to make a difference, no matter where the game goes on Tuesday night.

Alternatives: Keon Johnson (points, 3s, steals), Day’Ron Sharpe (points, rebounds, stocks), Trendon Watford (points, rebounds).
