Shams Charania is reporting that an MRI revealed Wendell Carter Jr's injury to be a high right ankle sprain that will cost him multiple weeks.

It was always expected that Carter would miss some time, but this is a significant loss for the Bulls and fantasy GMs. Thaddeus Young is a must-add in all leagues as it looks like he'll get the opportunity to start in Carter's place. He produced 18 points, six rebounds and three steals in 35 minutes last night. Daniel Gafford is also on the radar because of his blocks upside but will be much less consistent. He had four rebounds, a steal and two blocks in 16 minutes last night while coming off the bench.
