• LeBron James
    SF, Los Angeles Lakers

LeBron James helped push his Lakers into the NBA Finals on Saturday via a 117-107 Game 5 win over Nuggets, stamping his seal of greatness with a 38-point, 16-rebound, 10-assist triple-double.

James made 15-for-25 shots from the field and was on the mark with 7-of-8 shooting from the line. He added one 3-pointer and one steal to his already impressive stat line for the night. James took and scored nine straight points for the Lakers in the fourth quarter to ensure that no amount of effort from the Nuggets would be able to erase their single-digit lead at the time. James is only the second Laker in history to drop 35 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists in a playoff game. The other was "Big Game James" (Worthy), so he's in truly elite company.
