Willie Cauley-Stein

Mavs center Willie Cauley-Stein will decline his $2.28 million player option and become an unrestricted free agent, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.

This was somehow expected and it’s likely that Stein is able to land a long-term deal this offseason. He is still only 27 and he struggled with injuries last year but he is reportedly in great shape and has been working out in preparation of the new season.
