Gersson Rosas is one of the most aggressive GMs in the NBA and the word around the league is that he’ll work the phones over the next couple of months at least to see what’s out there on the market for the No. 1 pick in the draft, according to Sam Vecenie of The Athletic.

It’s unknown at this point what the Wolves could get back but this draft does not have a true superstar at the top of the board while there are fit issues with the best players available. The bigger problem in Minnesota has been the defense, and both LaMelo Ball and Anthony Edwards are terrible on that end of the floor while James Wiseman overlaps with Karl-Anthony Towns. Expect more rumors in the next few months.
