DeMar DeRozanSG, San Antonio SpursDeMar DeRozan kept his foot on the gas pedal in Friday's 120-121 loss to the Hawks, collecting 25 points (9-for-18 FG, 7-for-7 FT), nine rebounds, nine assists and two steals.
DeRozan has been in beast mode for the last month, returning first-round value in that time. The Spurs are battling for the last playoff spot in the West and will need DDR to deliver like this to make it happen, so unless they fade from the picture and fold up shop, there's nothing to keep him from posting another top-40 season. LaMarcus Aldridge is in that same boat and put up 30 points, five rebounds, a steal and a 3-pointer in 28 minutes tonight.
