Key Storylines

Tightening the rotation up: 8 players played 15 minutes or more during Indiana’s 120-111 win against the Suns on Thursday. The comeback of Ben Sheppard (questionable for Sunday: it’s a Sun-Mon B2B) from an oblique injury seems to have shifted rotation that night for Rick Carlisle side, as Jarace Walker and Thomas Bryant only got five minutes each on the night.

It might just be a situational thing, but at the same time, this is just negative for Walker’s outlook if in certain matches he gets little to no play at all. I’m willing to pass it up this time but keep an eye moving forward if you are targeting him, as his defensive prowess and youth are very tempting.

Andrew Nembhard got a solid game as well with 19 points and four dimes in 37 minutes. He seems to be ramping up his game and holding strong to his starter spot, with T.J. McConnell seeing only 16 minutes throughout the match.

Kings of Nothingness: With a 13-16 record and the 12th spot in the Western Conference, there’s really not much to say about the Kings. Their rotation continues being the same with the addition of some players returning from injury like Trey Lyles.

Streamers are unreliable and inconsistent with Kevin Huerter and Keon Ellis being the only ones worth looking. Even key members like Keegan Murray and DeMar DeRozan are not giving back their best return in terms of production. I’d avoid streaming here for the time being unless something changes, but it’s not the bottom of the barrell, that would be the Milwaukee Bucks.

Andrew Nembhard is the best choice for a stream in this match, as he’s receiving starter minutes and doing well enough with them.

Alternatives: Obi Toppin (points, rebounds, steals), T.J. McConnell (points, assists, steals), Kevin Huerter (points, 3s, steals).
