    Key Storylines

Shake up in D.C. – The Wizards let go of head coach Wes Unseld Jr. and trades are extremely likely. It is hard to imagine any player on this roster is untouchable. Woj reported that the Wizards are not in any hurry to trade Kyle Kuzma. Kuzma’s contract is front-loaded so the team-friendly nature of the deal may be too valuable to trade for anything that does not blow them away. However, reporting from Brian Windhorst says Washington’s ownership has given the front office a mandate to collect first-round picks. This makes Tyus Jones the most likely dude to be traded, as reported by Yahoo’s Jake Fischer. If Jones is moved and Delon Wright stays, Wright becomes a hot fantasy commodity with a presumed larger role. He did give solid 12-team per game value when he got 24.4 minutes per game last season. But then again, Wright may get traded himself.

Cunningham is back – Cade Cunningham is listed as probable on the latest injury report and is trending toward returning to the court after an eight-game absence. Killian Hayes was a fantasy disappointment in his run as a starter and with Cunningham back, managers can continue to not use him. Cunningham had a slow start to the year and is hoping to pick up where left off. In 19 games prior to his injury, he was a top-50 per game 9-cat value. The big turnaround happened with a FG% that almost hit 50% in those 19 games and his turnovers were down to 3.1 per game in that span. The Pistons are looking to be sneaky buyers at the deadline to get their budding star some help. They have cap space to take on a a big contract and they have to realize they are not gong to lure a star in free agency. So why not trade for one? Zach LaVine and Dejounte Murray have been reportedly linked to the Pistons.

    Stream of the Game

Even with Cunninghame returning, there is a chance they ease him back so Alec Burks may still get run to keep up his dramatic return to fantasy relevancy. He his a top-50 dude in the last five games. Why not stream him while he is hot and playing? Ausar Thompson is not a streamer but is a fun trade deadline stash as he may get a huge bump if Bojan Bogdanovic is moved.
