No Depth Needed: Head coach Ime Udoka said that when referring to the Rockets’ recent injuries, as the team is already deep. We are monitoring the Fred VanVleet fill-in situation more or less. 

Anthony Davis debut: He is probable. Kidd also said PJ Washington will start at SF and AD at PF (hooray PJ managers), although, I would be concerned about how that affects their rebounds (especially PJ’s).

Who steps up?: The Hawks need offense outside of Trae Young. Dyson Daniels and Zaccharie Risacher will have to step up (both have already been doing more), but perhaps Caris LeVert’s ball-handling will help as well. LeVert could play a similar role to Bogdan Bogdanovic of past years.

Remember, it’s Hunter and Bogdanovic out, LeVert and Terance Mann in. Mann is not the usage player that either Hunter or Bogdanovic were, so that offense has to come from somewhere. 

Bones Hyland has been waived.

The Youngsters: We are basically watching Bub Carrington, Bilal Coulibaly and Kyshawn George.

Jimmy has his joy back: The new Warriors rotation and how both Brandin Podziemski (better all-around player) and Buddy Hield (better fit/complement with Butler) are used. Quinten Post also got upgraded to a standard deal, but he is still only a deep-league guy. 

Lonzo Extended: The Bulls will basically have Ball on MLE money for the next two years so they can try to trade him again if he continues to prove himself.

Zach Collins, Tre Jones and Kevin Huerter were not flipped, so we will see how they are used.
