The Pistons have announced the acquisition of Dewayne Dedmon.

The Pistons helped clear out Atlanta's frontcourt logjam without losing anything of great value (Tony Snell) and reportedly intend to flip Dedmon for something else shortly. That makes sense given that Dedmon's got far more appeal as a trade asset than Snell, though if he stays in Detroit he should be a solid fantasy asset given their current lack of frontcourt players. Don't pencil Dedmon into your draft lists until we know where he'll be suiting up.
