The Pacers will be without TJ Warren (concussion) on Monday.

Warren left Saturday's game after colliding with Julius Randle and he's in concussion protocol. Doug McDermott makes the most sense as a replacement but we might see other wing guys like Justin Holiday get some more run as well. It'll be Warren's first absence of the season.
