Goran DragicPG, Miami HeatShams Charania is reporting that the Heat would like to sign Goran Dragic to a short-term deal this offseason.
The Heat are trying to maintain max cap space so they can take a run at Giannis Antetokounmpo and any other big free agent that pops up in the next few years, so flexibility will be the team's top priority. Unsurprisingly, there's mutual interest in a deal here, though it remains to be seen how much more Dragic wants than the team actually offers. Assuming this relationship continues, it's hard to see Dragic emerging with anything more than late-round fantasy value next season given the growth of Kendrick Nunn and Tyler Herro.
