The Wolves have been trying to improve their rebounding all season and Karl-Anthony Towns said that determination is needed.

“It’s the fourth quarter. It doesn’t matter. We’ve got to have that toughness,” Towns said. “We’ve got to have that fight. We’ve got to go get that ball. It’s all of us.” The Wolves rank 21st in defensive rebounding percentage at .725, which is where they’ve languished for most of the season. Playing Robert Covington at the power forward position hasn’t helped the team in regards to rebounding, especially when it comes to second chance opportunities. KAT himself is averaging 11.1 rebounds for the season and hopefully this is an area that he improves as the season progresses.
