    The Rams come into week 13 winners of two straight games to try and stay in the playoff race. The Browns have failed to score 14 points in its last two games. While the Rams are getting healthier at key positions, the Browns will be starting their fourth different quarterback and will could have their star wide receiver and pass rusher at less than 100 percent.

    Main Storylines to Watch

    Does Joe Flacco matter for Brown’s fantasy players? Joe Flacco will get the start for the Browns on Sunday. In his four full games last year, he averaged 47 pass attempts. In the first three games, Breece Hall was targeted 21 times out of the backfield. In those three games, Garrett Wilson had 32 targets.

    Is this Brown’s defense starting to wear down? While they have been a top-end defense most of the year, the Browns defense gave up 169 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns against the Broncos in Week 12. It was the second consecutive game where the defense gave up 150 yards or more.
