A full Friday gives way to a lighter, more balanced weekend. It’s good news for those of you in head-to-head matchups who need to make final tweaks to a roster. It’s a streaming-friendly couple of days so max out your roster slots and push your team over that final hump. The Saturday slate is largely comprised of teams on back-to-backs that are either tanking or heavily banged up, so there will be no shortage of names to throw into the hat. Let’s get it.

Top Pickups

This is the “general must-add” section regardless of the slate. If these players are being overlooked and remain chilling on the waiver wire, consider adding them to your squad.

Marvin Bagley (6%)

Daniel Gafford is dealing with a shoulder injury and Bagley stepped up on Friday, dropping a crazy 26 points (11-of-14 FG, 1-of-4 FT), nine rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers in 27 minutes off the bench. He was a borderline guy and more of a rebounding specialist as Gafford’s backup despite fairly solid timeshare minutes, but if Gafford is going to miss further time then Bagley clearly has the legs for standard-league value.
