• Wow, this is it – the final week of the season! How did this happen so fast? It’s a six-month daily grind yet it went so fast. Whether you’re wrapping up your fantasy playoffs or pushing your roto team across the finish line, SportsEthos has the weather info to give your hitters the edge.

Unfortunately, hitters have two obstacles this week. After two weeks of above-average warmth in many areas, cooler air will be the rule this week as fall begins. The vast majority of games will be played with temperatures in the 70-to-75-degree range so there are only a few standout series to target. The other problem is rain. This week could be the rainiest week that we’ve had in a long time as seven games have at least a 50-60% chance of rain. At least we have a week-long homestand at Coors Field to help offset these problems!

Here are the games that give us the best – and worst – hitting conditions this week. Use this info when deciding on which of your fringe hitters to start.
