• This week is going to be tricky for general pickups and streaming, so be sure to be aware of the amount of games on each day.

Monday 25th = 11 games (which we are covering here)
    Tuesday 26th = 4 games
    Wednesday 27th = 12 games
    Thursday 28th = 2 games
    Friday 29th = 12 games
    Saturday 30th = 3 games
    Sunday 31st = 10 games

You should know when you have open roster slots and if you’re in your championship week, be aware of any key players you have who don’t play on Sunday or on the weekend in general so that you can drop them and get someone in who actually plays.

    Standard Leagues

    (<50% rostered on Yahoo)

Interesting players slightly above 50% to consider:

    • De’Andre Hunter (points, threes, maybe some rebounds)
    • Al Horford (if the Celtics remain without one or more starters)
    • Scoot Henderson (points, assists, maybe FT%, poor FG%)
    • Jeremy Sochan (balanced but inconsistent)
    • GG Jackson II (points, threes)
    • PJ Washington (threes, defensive stats, some rebounds, maybe points)
    • Paul Reed (rebounds, defensive stats, potential FG% on low volume)

    POINTS

    Grant Williams, F, Hornets

Tonight: 27 minutes, 12 points (5-of-12 FG, 1-of-6 3PT, 1-of-1 FT), two rebounds, one assist, two steals, one block

I don’t think Williams needs to be rostered in standard formats anymore, but if you’re looking for a potential double-digit points boost with the chance of some treys and rebounds, Williams can be a streaming option. The Hornets feature on the high-volume Wednesday, Friday and Sunday slates again this week though.

    Miles McBride, G, Knicks

Tonight: 43 minutes, 13 points (5-of-12 FG, 1-of-7 3PT, 2-of-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists, one steal

The minutes are insane, but that helps McBride’s chances of putting up counting stats. If you need double-digit points, some threes and the chance for some other goodies, McBride is at least worth a back end roster spot in a 12-team league. As it goes with most teams this week, the Knicks play again on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

    Dalano Banton, G, Blazers

Tonight: 39 minutes, 28 points (11-of-21 FG, 2-of-9 3PT, 4-of-4 FT), 11 rebounds, five assists, one steal, two blocks

Minutes and usage are key and Banton has been getting those in abundance. His percentages aren’t usually this good, but this is the upside he has when he has an efficient game. I would not recommend him if you are trying to compete in the FG% column in particular, but Banton can elevate your counting stats. The Blazers only feature again on Wednesday and Friday, so you’ll need to have spare adds if you want to give him a try as there will simply be better options out there due to scheduling reasons.

Zach Collins, F/C, Spurs (spot start)

Tonight: 18 points (7-of-14 FG, 4-of-6 FT), five rebounds, three assists, one steal

Think of Collins as more of a guy with across-the-board potential. However, getting someone off the wire who can be a true positive on your points column is rare. Collins can do that and if we hear anything about Victor Wembanyama continuing to miss games, Collins can be influential enough to become a “league winner.” Don’t get too carried away yet though, as this could have only been a one-game absence for Wemby. Simply put, we need more information. The Spurs suit up again on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday but Collins would be a start on heavy days if he is filling in for Wembanyama.
