Running backs are the most volatile position in dynasty fantasy football. As you’ll see in some of the player breakdowns in these rankings, values can skyrocket and plummet in just a few weeks. The running back age cliff can hit at any time, and changes in situations or roles can drastically influence year-to-year performance or a player’s future outlook.

As always, dynasty rankings are a subjective mix of recent performance, age, team context, contract situation and perceived talent.
