Game Total 222Key Storylines
– Looking For The Right Combination: The Magic have been struggling mightily since losing Paolo Banchero to injury, losing four consecutive games heading into Wednesday. Head Coach Jamahl Mosley has been trying different starting lineups to try to compensate for the loss of Banchero. Goga Bitadze was introduced to the lineup last game instead of Moritz Wagner, while rookie Tristan da Silva has now started in back-to-back games over Anthony Black. Bitadze is worth a grab in standard formats while Black can probably be moved on from now that he is coming off the bench again.
– “Hali-lujah”: It has been a slow start to the season for Tyrese Haliburton, who is currently ranked just inside the top-80 in per-game value in 9-cat formats. Haliburton did have his best game of the season last time out, which was much needed for fantasy managers, but he still seems to be struggling on the court. Could it be that he is physically still not at 100%? Haliburton has been unable to get past defenders on a consistent basis and seems to be relying heavily on his jump shot at the moment.
Stream of the Game
Goga Bitadze can provide standard-league value in 25 minutes of action and is the preferred option. Bitadze will provide strong FG%, rebounds and blocks.Alternatives: Obi Toppin, Moritz Wagner, T.J. McConnell, Tristan da Silva and Anthony Black (deeper formats)

– 3-Point Streamers: The Pistons are looking much more competitive this season under new head coach J.B. Bickerstaff. Another big difference compared to last season is that the Pistons do have a number of veterans on their team such as Tim Hardaway Jr. and Malik Beasley. Both players seem to have carved out a solid enough role, and will have games in which they will get hot from beyond the arc and provide solid scoring numbers. However, both players should only be viewed as go-to streamers for points and 3-pointers in standard formats.
– The Party Is Over?: Tre Mann balled out during Brandon Miller’s absence and quickly became one of the most popular adds in fantasy during the first week of the season. As much fun as it is to watch Mann play due to his elite crossovers and handles, we have seen his production already start to dip significantly with Miller back on the court. In shallower formats, Mann is a drop, and he seems to be trending in that direction in standard formats.Stream of the Game
The previously mentioned Tim Hardaway Jr. can be streamed for points and 3-pointers.
Alternatives: Grant Williams, Malik Beasley, Cody Martin.
Golden State Warriors @ Boston Celtics

– Messy Rotations: The Warriors keep altering rotations which complicates fantasy managers’ ability to predict who to trust on a game-to-game basis among the role players on the team. Buddy Hield seems to be the one player who has played well enough to continue to carve out a more significant role moving forward. Andrew Wiggins, Jonathan Kuminga and Brandin Podziemski can be held onto in standard formats at the moment, but not at all costs, especially if the Warriors continue to go deep into their bench.
– Underappreciated: Yes, Al Horford will sit back-to-backs for the entire season, but that does not mean he should not be rostered in daily changes leagues. In weeks such as this one, in which the Celtics do not have any back-to-backs, Horford can be very valuable due to his ability to provide defensive stats, but also hit 3-pointers from the center position. Make sure he is rostered in all standard formats.
Stream of the GameShould Payton Pritchard still be available, he is a strong stream option and should be rostered in standard formats at the moment.
Alternatives: Neemias Quetia, Kevon Looney, Sam Hauser.
New York Knicks @ Atlanta Hawks
