Cade on B2B: Cade Cunningham logged 33 minutes on Tuesday night and will need to be monitored for a possible “day off” on Wednesday due to the game being the second leg of a back-to-back set for the Pistons. Last time out, Cade only played in one game of the Pistons’ back-to-back games. Should Cunningham be ruled out, it would catapult Malik Beasley back into streaming territory in standard formats. For fantasy managers who currently have Beasley rostered, I would advise to at least hold Beasley for one more game as there could be value in him should Cade be unable to play.

Great Signs: It was a positive surprise to see Kristaps Porzingis be able to return this quickly from his injury last week. While Porzingis will continue to sit out back-to-back’s for the remainder of the season, the fact he has already exceeded 30 minutes of playing time in a game is another great sign moving forward. Fantasy managers who selected and stashed Porzingis on their injury reserve to start the season should be feeling great about their investment looking ahead.

Payton Pritchard should be on rosters in standard formats at the moment anyways, but with both Jrue Holiday and Jayson Tatum questionable to play, could be looking at another extended opportunity on Wednesday, and is a strong streaming option to consider.
The previously mentioned Malik Beasley would also be a strong streaming option for points and 3-pointers should Cade Cunningham be unavailable.

Alternatives: Isaiah Stewart, Ausar Thompson and Sam Hauser (deeper formats)

Late Scratch: Goga Bitadze was a late scratch on Tuesday due to an ankle injury and is now already listed as questionable to play on Wednesday. Rookie Tristan Da Silva started in place of Bitadze with Wendell Carter Jr. moving to the five. Should Bitadze be unable to suit up again, it increases the value of both Tristan Da Silva and Mo Wagner, who had himself a strong game vs. the Knicks on Tuesday. Da Silva is better suited as a streamer for deeper formats, while Wagner, if available, can be used in standard formats.

No PG?: Paul George looked great on Tuesday night, hitting clutch shots late in the fourth quarter to help carry his team to a must-needed win vs. the Hornets. Whether he plays on the second leg of a back-to-back set on Wednesday is unclear at the moment, although I would not be surprised if the Sixers choose to play it cautiously with their star player. Joel Embiid has already been ruled out of Wednesday’s game. No George would result in more minutes and usage for Kelly Oubre Jr. and Caleb Martin, who can both be considered as streaming options in that case.

Guershon Yabusele is the starting center for the Sixers at the moment with both Joel Embiid and Andre Drummond unavailable and is a strong streaming option in standard formats while the Sixers remain shorthanded at the five.

Alternatives: Mo Wagner, Kelly Oubre Jr., Caleb Martin, Tristan Da Silva and Anthony Black (deeper formats).
