Key Storylines

Anything? – The Bucks are coming off a massive win over these very same Hornets, and given the state of the injury reports it looks like we could be in for a repeat performance. If Milwaukee runs away with things again there won’t be much to talk about as both teams will have the opportunity to empty the benches early. We’ll see if the Hornets have enough pride to keep this loosely competitive.

Whose Mann is this? – Tre Mann has stepped right into the starting five for Charlotte, but so far his lines have been surprisingly un-Mann-like. If you have Mann on the radar you’re expecting big points and 3-pointers on poor efficiency, and so far the only area he’s delivered in there has been the poor efficiency. His 16 points in the last blowout loss snapped a run of three straight games of 13 or fewer, though at least Mann has chipped in some steals in the interim. We’ll see if Mann recaptures his old form or if this is a new version of his game now that he’s playing more of a true lead guard role than operating as a pure gunner.
