Teams that have a Saturday-Sunday B2B: Houston Rockets

    Charlotte Hornets @ Detroit Pistons

    Game Time: 01:00 pm ET

    DraftKings Lines

    CHA +10 (+360), DET -10 (-470)
    Game Total: 225.5

    Key Storylines

Well: The trade sending Mark Williams to the Lakers has been rescinded, meaning that Williams will remain on the Hornets for at least the remainder of the season. The franchise already released a statement in which they called Williams “the starting center” on the team. Fantasy managers rightfully added Jusuf Nurkic and even Moussa Diabate in deeper formats after the trade, but both players will now lose significant value with Williams back in the fold. Williams will most likely not play in all remaining games (he was already sitting b2bs anyway) considering his injury history, which will open the door for Nurkic and Diabate to have streaming value at times, but should not be held in standard formats just for this reason.

LaMelo Ball has been downgraded to questionable.

Cade’s Status: Cade Cunningham missed the Pistons’ last game and is listed as probable for the contest vs. the Hornets. His return will push Malik Beasley back to the second unit. Beasley is still worth rostering in standard formats for Sunday’s small three-game slate. Marcus Sasser will also see his minutes pushed back with Cunningham back in action. Dennis Schroder has also been cleared for his debut.

Moussa Diabate would be a strong streaming option for big-man stats assuming both Jusuf Nurkic and Mark Williams are unavailable. At time of writing, both players are listed as questionable.

Alternatives: Ausar Thompson (should be rostered) , Isaiah Stewart, Malik Beasley and K.J. Simpson. Marcus Sasser (deeper formats).

    Toronto Raptors @ Houston Rockets

    Game Time:  2:00 pm ET

    DraftKings Lines

    TOR +9 (+320), HOU -9 (-410)
    Game Total: 223.5

    Key Storylines

Streaming Opportunities: With only three games on Sunday, fantasy managers in H2H formats might be struggling to find adequate streaming options. The Raptors offer a few opportunities to take a stab at due to injuries on their roster. R.J. Barrett, Brandon Ingram and Jakob Pöltl will not play on Sunday. This opens the door for players such as Gradey Dick, Ochai Agbaji and Jonathan Mogbo to be considered as streaming options in standard formats. Dick will mainly provide a scoring and rebounding boost. Agbaji triples and defensive stats, while Mogbo can contribute a little bit of everything, mainly rebounds and steals. Chris Boucher is someone fantasy managers in deeper formats can consider.

B2B: The Rockets are the only team with a back-to-back on Sunday which could result in Tari Eason not playing as the Rockets continue to manage his injury recovery. The official injury report for the Rockets has not been submitted yet at time of writing. Make sure to check our SportsEthos app for live updates. Should Eason be unable to play, it would open up more minutes for Dillon Brooks and Cam Whitmore.
Both players would get a boost as streaming options in that case.

Eason is now out and Steven Adams is as well.
