Welcome to another night of Monday Night Pickups. It is officially week 13 in the NBA, and the chaos is running strong. With things constantly changing on a nightly basis, we’re here to help keep you up to date on all of the hottest pickups in fantasy basketball. Below are 12 names you should consider that could help you in your current weekly matchup and beyond. Enjoy!
Standard Leagues
( <50% rostered on Yahoo)
Malik Beasley, G/F, DET
Tonight’s Game: 18 minutes, 22 points (7-of-13 FG, 2-of-3 FT), two rebounds, one assist, one steal and six triples
Beasley may be considered to be a “one-trick pony”, but at least he is very good at that one trick. The shots are plentiful for Beasley in Detroit, and sometimes, they can go in at a high clip like this game. Beasley remains one of the best 3-point shooters in fantasy basketball, so give him a look if you are in need of some.
Jaime Jaquez Jr., F, MIA
Tonight’s Game: 33 minutes, 10 points (4-of-9 FG), two rebounds, five assists, one steal and two triples
This game may be pretty modest production wise, but Jaquez Jr. is not someone you should skip over. The minutes have been plentiful as of late, and Jaquez Jr. has conjured up a few strong games to go along with the boost in minutes. Jimmy Butler (suspension) may never play another game in Miami again, so it is now Jaquez Jr.’s role for the taking. Don’t leave him hanging around on your waiver wire.
