Key Storylines

Luka, Kyrie OK – They are both not on the injury report any  more and this is good news as they head into the postseason. With four games left, the Mavs are two games behind for the fourth-seed (and home court in the first round of the playoffs) and two game ahead of the Suns and Pelicans to be tied for the sixth and seventh spots where tiebreakers would determine the Play-In Tournament participant. This means their main dudes are locked in for at least the next game or two for managers. If they lock in their seed prior to the season’s end then managers will need to monitor their status as the Mavs may opt to rest their stars. For now, they are playing for something.

At least we know – One of the frustrating parts of silly season is that teams will have a myriad of injuries on the report with nothing concrete. The Hornets have gifted us a clear report, with just the usual suspects listed on it. Managers that  need boards and blocks can stream Nick Richards. Tre Mann should continue to get a ton of run and his ceiling makes him a boom-or-bust stream. Vasilije Micic and Grant Williams may not have the ceiling of Mann, but they have a bit more solid of a floor and can be considered in 12-teamers as a stream. Davis Bertans is a stream for managers needing triples.
