Anfernee Simons was diagnosed with a concussion on Friday and will not return to the game.

Simons played just four minutes and tallied five points (2-of-3 shooting), one rebound and on assist. He enters the concussion protocol, which means he could be out for a game or two, possibly more as the variance of recovery days is big when it comes to concussions.
