Shams Charania is reporting that the Magic have applied for two Disabled Player Exceptions, which points to season-ending injuries for Jonathan Isaac and Al-Farouq Aminu.

Isaac is not expected to undergo surgery and will be re-evaluated in two months, but it's clear that the team won't put any pressure on him to return. Aminu recently had a setback in his recovery from a torn meniscus and this procedural move will help Orlando fill out their bench. Neither Isaac nor Aminu should've been expected to deliver serious fantasy value again this year, and both are looking safe to cut loose in redraft leagues.
