Robert CovingtonSF, Houston RocketsRobert Covington (nose) still needs to clear one more concussion test but is expected to be available to play in Game 4 on Thursday night according to Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle.
Covington got his face pushed into Anthony Davis' elbow in the fourth quarter of Tuesday's game, and neither player was able to brace for the unexpected collision. After the game, Mike D'Antoni said, "I think he got hit in the nose. He was bleeding pretty good." As long as Covington has avoided a concussion or a significant fracture, odds are he'll play through the injury as the Rockets try to tie this series up.
