Kyrie Irving (right shoulder impingement) revealed that he's been able to go through contact work and 5-on-5 play, and that he'll play again tomorrow and hopes to be re-evaluated next week.

The last time Irving spoke to the media, on Saturday, he said that he couldn't lift his shoulder to shooter jumpers and that he was getting cortisone shots in an effort to hold off surgery. Maybe that did the trick? If all goes well throughout the week, perhaps Irving will be able to return before the end of the month. This isn't a firm update but at least it's a positive step.
