Giannis Antetokounmpo (right ankle sprain) will not return to Sunday's Game 4.

The Bucks are facing elimination today, so you can bet that Antetokounmpo would be out there if the injury wasn't at least moderately serious. He was questionable to even play today because of a sprained right ankle and aggravated the injury in the second quarter. He finishes the game with 19 points (8-of-10 FG), four rebounds, a steal, a block and a 3-pointer in 11 minutes of action. Look for more Marvin Williams and possibly some Ersan Ilyasova. No word on how this affects Antetokounmpo's status for a possible Game 5, but he figures to be questionable at best if the Bucks survive today.
