Malcolm MillerSF, Toronto RaptorsBlake Murphy of The Athletic is reporting that the Raptors will not extend a qualifying offer to Malcolm Miller.
Miller will head elsewhere as an unrestricted free agent. He appeared to be a pet project of the team, earning a few starts as a rookie and then rehabbing under their watch after suffering a shoulder separation in Summer League, but he had a tough shooting year last season and will try to become a 3-and-D asset with another organization.
