The Raptors are believed to be a strong suitor for Serge Ibaka, per Ian Begley of SNY.

Kevin Durant's brother caused a stir earlier today when he commented on Instagram that Ibaka was heading to Brooklyn. Seriously. The big man is attracting tons of attention from the league's top teams but said during the season that he'd love to stay in Toronto. We'll see if another team can swoop in while the Raps are focused on Fred VanVleet.
