The Raptors have extended a qualifying offer to Chris Boucher, making him a restricted free agent.

Boucher is a stat magnet and has developed nicely with Toronto after seeing very limited action in his rookie year with the Warriors. Dominant at the G League level, Boucher will need to take a serious step forward this year to cement his NBA future. Depending on what happens in free agency, Boucher could enter training camp with a steady rotation spot there for the taking, and if he can earn it there will definitely be some fantasy appeal. Last year he averaged 4.5 rebounds, 0.4 steals, 1.0 blocks and 0.6 threes in just 13.2 mpg.
