Rodney HoodSG, Portland Trail BlazersAdrian Wojnarowski reports that Rodney Hood is finalizing a deal to return to the Blazers.
The reported deal is worth $21 million over two years, with the second season being non-guaranteed. This would represent a pay raise for Hood, even though he was only able to suit up for 21 games last season due to a torn left Achilles. He declined his $6 million player option for the upcoming season and has seemingly found a better deal by just staying put with the Blazers. Hood should see plenty of minutes off the bench for the Blazers and could theoretically begin the season in the starting lineup as long as he's healthy.
